C3 is a 4 year old church of 250+ people located off I-70 in between Columbus and Dayton that is seeking a part-time Youth & Worship Pastor.
Our music is loud, edgy, fun, and meaningful. We will hire a hard-working, self-disciplined, value-bringing, positive-leaning leader who is skilled vocally, can make a guitar talk, and loves those wacky teenage kids.
Our part-time salary is better than most full-time salaries in our county. In return, you work hard to lead a team of skilled artists to “bring it” for the weekend services. You work hard alongside our Lead Pastor crafting cohesive, unified experiences for all our weekend guests that are Biblical, intelligent and relevant.
We have fun, we love to party, and we are white-hot about helping sinners come to fully follow Jesus as the Lord. You will definitely love being a part of this team…and, did I say, we work hard?

3. Email a link to a video or mail a DVD of you leading worship or performing in front of an audience that highlights your vocal ability and your guitar playing ability. Any additional footage of your public speaking abilities would be a plus.
